- The contoured pegs feature rubber inserts that provide a no-slip grip.
- Bronze pivot bushings and thrust washers provide smooth action with years of service.
- Flush mount control to frame hardware is included (3 for shift side, 2 for brake side).
- Shift side includes a 4 bolt type threaded mount for the OE style jiffy stand.
- For proper brake pedal pressure, these controls were designed for disc brakes with a caliper that requires a 5/8" bore master cylinder.
- 1986 Softail models will require relocation of the oil filter.
- Late FX 4 speed models may require a brake side mounting tab welded to the frame.
