This kit features a polished one piece 6061-T6 billet motor plate and complete belt drive. BDL uses a double row sealed bearing for added mainshaft support. The clutch basket features 12 cylindrical replaceable clutch dogs which allows the steels to maintain constant contact for quieter operation. The polished pressure plate uses 6 shoulder bolts and springs which allows simple installation. Their Competitor clutch features Kevlar clutch plates for maximum performance. Keeping safety in mind, BDL recessed the plate to hide the starter ring gear which is covered by a plished aluminum starter housing. As a finishing touch, they supply the polished aluminum side guard (functional and classic) and polished pulley covers.
